Meet the Team
Chiropractor Kris Erlandson D.C.
Hello my friends – I’m Dr. Kris Erlandson. I have been serving people in Viroqua, Westby, and all over Vernon County with quality Chiropractic care so they can find relief and better health since 1982.
I am a local guy who grew up in Westby. I am married to my wife Roberta and the father of 4 sons and a grandfather to 9 beautiful grandchildren. I did my undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse and earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic located in Davenport, IA. I hold certifications in nutrition and physiotherapies and currently serve on the Board of Directors for the state-wide Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin. I have served on the councils for the City of Westby and the Westby Coon Prairie church. I love serving my community, my patients, and feel so blessed to be able to do so and consider it an honor to have the patients I have.
Chiropractor Shane Nordrum D.C.
Dr. Kristopher “Shane” Nordrum has joined Dr. Kris Erlandson at Vernon Clinic of Chiropractic. Dr. Shane, a graduate of Westby High School also attended school in Viroqua. Upon graduating, Dr. Shane spent time in the military where he served as an Operating Room technician with the Army’s 44th general hospital. Dr. Shane then went on to attend the University of Wisconsin Lacrosse where he graduated with a Bachelor’s in Science degree, majoring in biology and minoring in chemistry. Coming from a large family of Chiropractors, Dr. Shane decided to continue his academic career by enrolling in Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport IA.
Dr. Shane recently returned to the area after serving the Chicagoland area for 11 years starting in 2007. He ran a successful Chiropractic office that included active physiotherapeutic modalities. Dr. Shane and his family, wife Julie and son Eric decided after years of missing the beauty of the driftless area to return to their family and their roots.
Dr. Shane lives by the motto, “if God brings you to it, he will bring you through it” and applies this motto to the care of his patients. He strives to bring all those he cares for to their fullest potential and is currently accepting new patients.
