Vaccinations, chemicals in care products, processed foods, preservatives…. Not to mention the other end with advanced technologies and media/social media? If you really stopped to think how something so little, so pure, gets tainted every day, as a parent I think you would try to change as much as you could to protect your child. And if you would do that for them, then follow the same guidelines for yourself! I realize “convenience” is such a big word in this subject. As a parent, it is up to us to train healthy habits and instill nothing but “good” things right from birth, to provide the strongest “structure” possible.

Chiropractic adjustments are HUGE!! They keep your child growing on track with healthy immune systems, replenished nerve supply to all organs, including the brain, and proper spinal alignment!! In addition, consider natural whole foods, not processed foods, sugars, and preservatives! Consider chemical free care products! Learn what is really in the toothpaste, shampoos, sunscreens and lotions you use! Think about the air quality (i.e. cigarette smoke), liquid intakes (i.e. soda, energy drinks), drugs you give for pain, and even what is in a vaccination. I realize you cannot always protect your child (or yourself) from everything, after all I am a Mother of 3. The world is a very big place to choose your battles. But as a Mother, there are things I can do, and why stop at just my children? Lead by example, to provide “Wellness” for your entire family, from chiropractic adjustments, to healthy eating, to living in a “well” environment. I challenge you to change the “little things” you can change…they turn out to be VERY BIG THINGS!!!
